I'm not rich yet. So like I say, I was ready to dismiss the whole thing, but I got sucked in by the "mystery man" thing. I had never heard of this Karthik Ramani. Was he just another guru wannabe, with just another crap knockoff business in a box product? I was curious.

So I googled him.

Didn't find much. He's 24, lives in India, has his own company: Jargon Handlers Software Solutions. They do web design, SEO, and related stuff.

Still curious, I emailed him.

He responded.

Turns out, he's not a guru wannabe. And he's not a poser who makes all his money in the IM niche and has never made a buck in a real niche market. He's a regular guy. He has this web services business that I mentioned. Some of his clients wanted niche marketing sites, so he built them. Used a content management system. With an easy to use admin area. Easily customizable.

His clients liked the sites.

So Karthik, he gets interested in niche marketing himself and builds some sites of his own.

He makes some money.

Now, I get really curious.

He gets this idea for a product. "Why not," he thinks, "create easily customizable, fully functional niche sites, with a rich feature set? Why not research the markets, find hot niches, and build and deliver two sites a month. In hot niches. Ready to go."

Crazy, huh?

Still skeptical, I push for more, and Karthik agrees to share one site with me before launch. An exclusive preview.
